She has received the Award to Young Scientific Female Talent in 2019, by Fundación de la Academia de Ciencias de España (FRACE) and Mastercard. Winner of the contest of scientific essays Ciudad de Oviedo "Las matemáticas de los premiados Princesa de Asturias 2020".
Previous research experience at University of La Rioja (Spain), Polish Academy of Sciences at Wroclaw (Poland), University of Karlstad (Sweden), University of Helsinki (Finland), Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach (Germany) and Indian Institute of Sciences of Bangalore (India).
PhD in Mathematics (2009) from the University of La Rioja.
