• Post-doctoral Fellow at the Structural Biochemistry Unit, Institut Pasteur, Paris, France (2003-2007) and Staff Research Scientist at the Mycobacteria Research Laboratories, Department of Microbiology, Colorado State University, USA (2007-2009).
• Research line: Structural Glycobiology.
• Has come from the Mycobacteria Research Laboratories, Department of Microbiology, Colorado State University, USA.
• Has joined the Unidad de Biofisica (CSIC-UPV/EHU), as an Ikerbasque Research Professor and leader of the Structural Glycobiology Group.
