This Ikerbasque call for proposals is aimed at projects submitted to the EIC Pathfinder Open or EIC Pathfinder Challenges calls in 2024 or 2025 that, having met all the minimum evaluation thresholds established by the European Innovation Council (EIC), did not receive European funding.
The maximum funding for this call will be €2,250,000, initially distributed as €750,000 in each of the years 2026, 2027, and 2028.
Eligible beneficiaries are accredited agents registered with the Basque Science, Technology, and Innovation Network (RVCTI).
Projects must make a direct and justifiable contribution to one of the Innovation Lighthouses established by the Department of Science, Universities, and Innovation of the Basque Government.
The submission period will begin on September 1, 2026, and end on September 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CET.
