In accordance with the Foundation’s statutes, Ikerbasque has appointed four new trustees to serve on the Ikerbasque Board of Trustees for the next four years. Their appointment reinforces the Foundation’s governance structure and ensures the continued contribution of diverse expertise and perspectives to Ikerbasque’s strategic development.
The four people joining the Ikerbasque Board of Trustees are:
- Ana Zubiaga Elordieta – Professor of Genetics at the EHU and President of Jakiunde.
- David Lasagabaster Herrarte – Professor of Applied Linguistics at the EHU.
- Oihana Otaegui Madurga – Director of the Transport and Security Division at Vicomtech.
- Cesar Arrese-Igor Sánchez – Professor of Plant Physiology at UPNA.
